We do the online setup free of charge.

How long does the online setup take?
Once we receive your file, we generally begin the online setup, and aim for it to be ready for online ordering the following morning.

Is your website user-friendly?
This is a common concern, however, our website has been designed to be as simple and as intuitive as possible, with you, the client, in mind. You fill in a form which looks like your business card, Click one button to view the proof, and request the approval from the card recipient. Once approved you click the Submit Order button.

Can I not just email you my order?
No, as this is an inefficient way to place orders with us; emails can easily be missed, possibly leading to poor client service. Once you’ve used our online system, you’ll never look back!

Online ordering becomes especially valuable and efficient when you need to order business cards for several people in your business. Your design is pre-loaded, so you don't need to ask your designer to create new artwork (new names) for each employee; simply enter the new name and details and view the proofs immediately.

Yes absolutely, We can even group your invoices by order number.

Do you cater for large groups as well?
Yes absolutely, If your organisation makes use of costing centers we can accommodate you, Kindly let us know in advance.

Yes absolutely, We can send all the card approvals only to you. We can setup multiple brands and locations under one account. Kindly let us know in advance.

What are your payment options?
We have various options. Generally we don't require immediate upfront payment to action your order, this streamlines the ordering and printing process, We can request payments from the card recipients as well.

What paper options do you have?
We print mainly on 350gsm Coated Gloss Paper which we also use with the Matt Laminated finishing option. We have an ultra white 300gsm uncoated paper as well and is available in a Linen Embossed variation as well
